Shipping policy

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
Orders made through skc.store ship from 2555 N Coyote Dr # 105, Tucson, AZ 85745.


SHIPPING COST
Shipping rates are based on weight and location.


We offer the following convenient delivery options:

It may take up to 72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
We and our carriers do our best to process and deliver your order on time, but order delays may occur due to high order volume during the holidays, hazardous weather conditions and incomplete or incorrect address.


Once the shipments are in the hands of the shipping courier, we unfortunately have no control over the route of the courier nor timing of the delivery. Like the customer, we only have the tracking number to evaluate shipment status. 


SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE


We cannot change your shipping address once your order is placed. If you’d like to change theshipping address, please cancel the order within one hour after placing your order and place a neworder. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL? 


We also ship to Canada. If you are a customer based in Europe, we recommend placing an order through specialkids.company for reduced shipping rates.
International shipments are subject to custom fees, duties, and import taxes. For USPS, these additional tariffs must be paid on the receiving end by the customer at delivery. These additional tariffs are imposed by the importing countrys customs authorities. Each country handles foreign product different.
